ID CARDS (ENROLLED TRIBAL MEMBERS ONLY)

Tribal ID cards are for tribal members only. You must already be enrolled, with a tribal enrollment number in order to receive an identification card.

Upon completion of purchase, please email an ID-acceptable photo to the tribal enrollment coordinator. This photo must be passport-style, with a blank white or grey background, without any hats or accessories that cover any facial features. You should face the camera directly with a neutral expression or slight smile.
